Stream Fantastic Little Splash

Fantastic Little Splash is an art group exploring the nature and flow of information: from the peculiarities of its distribution to the diversity of its forms and transmutations. The group explores themes of interpenetration of alternative realities and the human dimension of digital media. Fantastic Little Splash works with video, 3D graphics and virtual spaces. Members of the group are based in Dnipro city, Ukraine.
This digital documentary of the journey of a linear hero in nonlinear space is the result of FLS's research into the processes of interpenetration of alternative realities in VRChat — a free-to-play massively multiplayer online virtual reality video game. It allows players to interact with others as 3D character models. Characters and spaces can be created and downloaded by the users themselves.

Marshall McLuhan defined 'retribalization' as "the return of humanity to it's tribal condition with it's original sense of the world — the simultaneity of all processes". Moreover, the "real" and "virtual" are not pitted against each other, but mutually continue within each other, forming a single space devoid of the sense of catastrophic loss.

One element is lost, however. In VR, touch is only visible and can only remain imaginary: equipped with VR headsets and controllers, players can interact with each other through their virtual avatars, and simulate the impossibility of touch.

Stream PROM

PROM is an audiovisual production team comprised of Federico Pozuelo, Martín Alexandre, Javier R.R. and sonic artist MGMØ. Prom can refer to a group of individuals belonging to the same generation, or a ball at the end of an academic year. In computer memory terms, PROM also refers to programmable read-only memory, a form of digital memory where the setting of each bit is locked by a fuse or anti-fuse, meaning that the data in them is permanent and cannot be changed.
These video works build a fictional world around a molecule of genetic code.
